I’m trying to reinstall Download Manager Pro. I delete the entire package that starts with WPDM, then install the Download Manager Pro as described here but get error “The package could not be installed No valid plugins found” – where am I wrong?

File cannot be download : Access Denied

Hello there,
I am currently using the free WordPress Download Manager and have been uploading a number of files. However, some of the files are not available to download and stated “Access Denied” . I have tried to re-upload the file, it still doesn’t work. I have then tried adding it as a new file (with a new short-code), the file works for a while, but then it doesn’t work again. Please can you advice?

Basic Questions About Jumpstart Theme

Hey!
Just purchased the Jumpstart theme and I currently trying to figure out the ins and outs.
I have a few following questions:
Is it possible go get rid of the “My Account/Shopping Cart Button” on the top right (or at least replace it with something else, featured products for example).
How can I add a search to the main page?
And for some reason, the related products tab is empty on my page. I know I m overlooking something?
I also installed the Jumpstart helper plugin, but can’t seem to find it on my dashboard?
Also, I my blog page is completely empty and there is no “Blog” option under the “Page Attributes” > “Templates”.

Problems with S3 AddOn

We just bought WPDM with Amazon S3 AddOn. After installation the AddOn is causing following PHP error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function dd() in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-amazon-s3/wpdm-amazon-s3.php on line 97
Any ideas?

Google cloud settings not saving…

Hello,
I installed the google coud storage add-on but it does not save the credentials that are put in.
Every time i enter them and go to add a new package, i always get the “configure” button.
I have checked for updates and it seems i have the most current version for it.
Anything else i could do that might fix this issue?

Errors In Internet Explorer

These files from download manager and WPDM premium packages are showing errors in Internet Explorer :-
download-manager/assets/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.min.js
download-manager/assets/js/front.js
wpdm-premium-packages/assets/js/wpdmpp-front.js
The error code is SCRIPT1014: Invalid Characeter
Kindly resolve these errors as my products are not being displayed properly in IE.

Couldn't update plugins – had to update manually

I manage a website that uses this plugin and received messages that multiple plugins required updates, including the main plugin. I could not automatically update, I had to update manually via the cpanel. There were several errors occurring through out the site where the plugin was being used – once I updated the main plugin manually via the cpanel – everything worked fine again.
I need to provide an explanation as to why this happened… I followed my normal trouble shooting steps and arrived at the decision to update it manually – I find the help on this plugin to be a bit cumbersome – and figured if that still didn’t work then I would reach out again and look for a solution.
Can you provide me with an explanation on why this may have happened and is it something that will happen in the future?

WPDM – Premium Packages crashes divi builder and wordpress editor

Hi,
After the last update of this package my divi builder was lost and it also crashed the default wordpress editor. It is something with the file wpdmpp-admin.js. If I rename that so it doesn’t load, divi builder and wordpress editor is back again. Any ideas?
Error I get in console are:

Dear sir, I just purchased and installed this addon, Form Lock.
I created a simple for with name and email fields usinf Live Forms and checked the form lock option in a new package (but I tried with several other too).

Template tag [file_list_extended] download link returns 404 on multisite

Hi,
I am having problems with Download Manager Pro Versions greater than 4.5.4.
On my multisite installation the template tag [file_list_extended] returns a 404 for the download link.
The template tag [file_list] is working on all sites but I need the [file_list_extended] tag.
The theme uses do_shortcode(“[wpdm_package id='" . get_the_ID() . "']“)

Issue with Sub-category package sort.

I’m having an issue with the sort the packages are being displayed. I have in my short code order_by=”date” order=”desc” but it’s not displaying the packages in the sub-categories by date. Any thoughts what could I be missing or how I can fix?

After updating the download manager the filenames changed. after downloading a file the wpdml changes the original filename and adds the url in front of it. how can i change this
